This is a gorgeous block...love your fabrics and beautiful sewing!
I do love this "New England" block. You are going to have some lovely Christmas blocks. Are you located in New England by any chance? True and I are both in New England.
Thanks ladies.. I would love to take credit for this superb sewing. Our queen is MIA.. I am the replacement so wanted to put up an example superquick.. I spent my whole childhood into adult life in Vermont and move to orange county California 25 years ago. Miss New England terribly..
Now that must have been a huge change from Vermont to CA! And how nice of you to step in...just an fyi your tutorial button is not working right:-(
Thanks so much for the heads up about the button.. Do u know how to fix it? I'm on my phone most of the time... I suspect I need to be on my computer to do it? Not too savvy when it comes to the tech world..
Cali is a Huge difference from Vermont.. The older I get the more I want to go "home". A few years back I bought a beautiful vacation home in Vermont on the lake. But unfortunately had to sell it due to the bad business climate here in California.. Broke my heart.. I'll just work harder and maybe I can again.
Sorry to hear about the Queen. Your hive is lucky to have you willing to replace the Queen.
I lived my whole childhood to adulthood in Maine and now move around in an RV, mainly now between Vermont six months and the South the other six. Love Vermont almost as much as Maine. If it had an ocean, it would be perfect.
Pattienoc it looks like when you copied and pasted something else got into the link. here is a clean link. I would just go back into your project page and cut and paste this one into same spot and try again. It should work. http://www.abrightcorner.com/2013/07/new-england-quilt-block-tutorial.html
I am sorry you had to sell the Vermont house but yes you will get another one some day! I love Maine and the times I have been to Vermont have loved it as well!
Well do.. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me...I'm very grateful..
Pattienoc Happy to try and help.
