Description

In the process of making a quilted blanket with this fabric from Michael Miller - Retro Font Tastic Berry. Backing it with a dark purple and stitching in white. I love it so far!

-Just finished last night, finally! Very happy with the finished product. This one is for sale now, unless I have a friend that has a baby girl here soon, might gift it.

What great fabric! Can't wait to see the finished quilt!

Amanda

I haven't seen this fabric before. I love it - I'm a sucker for fonts.

At first when I saw this I thought you had appliqued or embroidered the letters and said to myself I'd never be able to make this one. I'm so happy it's part of the fabric!! What a great idea for a baby quilt!!! You can play I Spy with it too!

Nicole

Oh could you imagine embroidering all of those letters, I would send it to a museum had that been the case! Ha, the fabric is awesome. So many fun things you could make with it!

Dawn

darling quilt! I love anything with letters. Who makes the fabric, and is it new?

Robotmomsews

Super cute! I've never seen this fabric either!

Nicole

Its maybe a few months old...and its Michael Miller, I want to say font-tastic. There is another color option I believe with more blues. I may have it in my fabric bin on here with the correct name.

Really clever and really versatile print- would go with so much- nice job:)

I'm glad this was featured so I didn't miss it! Very nice.

Nicole

Thanks guys! I'm thinking about getting the fabric with more blue now to make my son something. The letters are so pretty in person. You guys should get some of this fabric, it's perfect for just about anything. Even if you cut out individual letters and spell something out on a quilt, it looks like there is enough white surrounding the letters to do this.

Janquilter

How did I miss this?? It is just darling. I love the letters and would definitely cut them apart for spelling words.

Thanks Nicole! Your blog is so cute! I'm following you too! :)
