Description

I decided on doing a threadcatcher pin cushion for my partner.  I don't know if I am liking this one or not.  I may have to do another one that is all in the same fabric so it's cohesive.  Hubby says it's fine..  But I don't know.  I used cotton and steel plus I had an orphan block for the pin cushion.  The colors match.. but..

The colors match.... But aren't balanced. Sorry... I agree with you and not your husband. But I love the pin cushion-thread catcher combo!!!

BlueFigQuilts

Exactly. I'm going to have to re do this.. Thank you

Ibtreerock I redid it. I like the redo so much better! Thanks! In the picture, the pincushion is greenish teal.. the flash washed it out.. I"m going to have to take a better picture..

Much better! Great job!

Wow - one lucky swap partner. I love this idea for a pin cushion. I must make one. I always end up with a little pile of bits that the cats sit in and then brush off the table....

Both look great to me. I was the lucky recipient of one of these. I use it ALL THE TIME. She will love it.

What a wonderful idea, what a lucky partner you have.

Charwirfs I received one from a swap partner.. It is the thing I use the most. I miss the basket upon occasion but most of the threads get in there..

Love it - so cute and handy. Think I should make one!
