Love that crinkly look. I'll have to try that quilting "pattern" some time. Thanks for the tip about the batting
Ditto above. Lovely, cuddly baby quilt.
HawkFan well I think your windmill quilt looks pretty close- definitely within the same crinkly range- but maybe it's a matter of degrees- the super soft batting sure helps though!
Such a pretty baby quilt and love the quilting...thanks for close up!!
Does Glenna have classes today? Savannah said Harvard canceled again today - second time this semester and only the 4th time in the history of the school
No and there's talk of Tuesday off too- cancelled a concert tonight and she was to play The New World Symphony and they had to boot that ahead to March or something bc they missed so many rehearsals!!! She said they told them 18" or more - news said could go to 22"
Oh my that pillow is adorable...I love it. One the Frixion pin do some googling. There is a lot posted that the lines can come back in cold conditions. I love mine, and while I have not yet used it on front of fabric, have been tempted as keep thinking how often does a quilt or pillow get that cold. So my guess is all will be fine but just wanted you to be fully informed on what is out there:-)
True thanks Mary - yes I heard about that- I gave them a super good press and no return so far- and we lost heat last night- pillow got very cold indeed❄️❄️❄️❄️ - So hopefully it ok- perhaps the fabric makes a difference? All things considered I guess it would be good to do a test on the fabric- stick it in the freezer after ironing and double check eh???❄️
Mymble good idea! I just so love mine it is almost worth the chance to me...I say that now;-). I could just stick it outside at this point as we would know!!
Oh and hope you have your heat back...that is not good at all
True oh dear- yes - you have your own giant sno cone machine right out the door ⛄️❄️ - just put the sample on the snow snd you'll have your results pronto!!!
True yes - thanks- - Mr. revised Oil showed up at 2:00 am and got us back up and running - they are great- I just stayed up seeing since trying to get to sleep in the cold was pointless❄️
I had the white lines show up a couple of times when I drew very heavily on fabric and it came out with a damp cloth. So far I haven't noticed it come back.
No I meant the lines that Mary was talking about. The articles I've seen about them say the lines that show up later are white and that has been my experience but I've been able to get rid of them easily. Sorry I wasn't very clear. I wish they made white ones!!
