Hop Scotch in Pink by bebejohnson
3/18/15 I've been looking for a pattern that uses 1 yard increments for some fabric I found on clearance. I was in a shop today and spotted this pattern, "Hop Scotch" by Heirloom Elegance Designs. that calls for 3 yards (1 yard each print) - exactly what I have. The fabrics I have so far are "Roses are Red" in Dark Red by Fabriquilt, "Tiny Gingham" in Citron by Michael Miller, and "Martini Party" in Cocktail by George Mendoza for Free Spirit/Westminster Fibers.
4/2/15 I decided on a large green floral from "Ambleside" by Moda for the main fabric. Will use the pink floral and citron gingham for the nine square blocks, and the "Martini Party" stripe for the binding. I'm using "Madame Butterfly", Pink by Alexander Henry from my stash for the backing. I've lost the pattern somewhere in all my horde of fabrics and projects and am afraid I'll have to purchase it again. :disappointed:
