Looks great and what fun fabrics!
Mary what a cute bag....your lunch will be stylin!
I love your version -so right about the lining - Love the Pink Penguin tutorial - have made this for a gift a few times and people always love it - LOL about the words
I didn't - I don't think so at least - was several years ago I made two as gifts - will have to check my Flickr to see if it's there...
I want one!!!! It is too cute.
I actually found it in my Flickr feed - now I want to make more of them LOL - I think I first saw them on Happt Zombies blog - she used the same tutorial I am pretty sure ...
Fun lunch bag, I love the bicycle fabric! I have made a few of these for gifts as well, and cord is much easier to thread and use. I will have to dig photos out and post them.
Sewhappy thanks... I will need to go to the store I hate and get some as don't like the ones I made for it...too thick and heavy!
Have made 2 of these but bigger - one as a ballet bag for my daughter and one as a camera bag for my husband. Nice easy pattern. Now son has requested one in original size as an actual lunch box. Love the fabric you have used.
Capetowngirl Now have you posted yours???!!! And did you just adapt pattern on your own as was thinking a bit larger would be nice? And thank you!
Ha Ha- wait- I thought it was all about ME?????
True Have posted the camera bag, ballet bag I did years ago. And yes just increased size a few inches all round.
Quilterinmotion thank you and I do not need one either so no clue where it will end up but could just no longer resist!!
LOL, thanks!!! Mary.
This is adorable, Mary...so fun!
Caribousmom I love this as well...was more work than others but cute! Slightly larger would be awesome as well.
