Noodlehead divided basket
I finally learned how to make a divided basket thanks to Audrey's help
and guidance! This pattern
is pretty straight forward and the only hard part is the construction of the divider.
I decided to use some canvas cotton by Cotton and Steel (Tokyo Train Ride by Sarah Watts) as well as some coordinating cottons and cross weaves in two tones of pink. I chose a navy webbing for the handles and really liked the stiffness of those. Instead of fusible fleece, I used Bosal In-R-Form Plus
which is a fusible foam stabilizer and gave this basket a nice structure. I will definitely use this again for other baskets.
Instead of one long pocket, I made two.
I am looking forward to using this in my sewing room to store loose items!
