Description

Here is my contribution to Kilah's Quilt.

This was so fun to make. I used fussy cuts from Little Apples by Aneela Hooey and lots of my bright, happy scraps.

Adorable!

Thanks Rebecca - it was really fun to stitch. I hope Karen will post a photo of the finished quilt - I can't wait to see all the blocks sewn together!

Aprilc

Such a cute block! Love the fussy cut squares:)

True

This is adorable...I would love to see finished quilt as well. This block is much scrappier than anything I have ever done...but I am really liking seeing them and making them. Has me thinking of doing more for a quilt with a little more planning around colors, etc.

Such a fun block and for such a good cause!

So cute!

The quilt is going to be beautiful and full of love for that courageous little girl and her mama and nana. Hopefully it will counter balance some of the ugliness that scumbag stepfather did to her.

Thanks Aprilc - I adore that Little Apple fabric!

True I know what you mean - I was thinking how wonderful a quilt made of these blocks would be.

Kirstenblake It was super fun to make - and yes...a terrific cause.

Thank you +Jachlender

Terryt1955 and I love how quilts can feel so healing with all that love stitched inside...

Caribousmom
