Description

This was my first big quilt. The front is flannel. I ran out of the dark green tweed and couldn't find any more, so I improvised. Looking at it now, a couple years later, that wouldn't be the crisis it was then. And I can also imagine how it would look w/o any of the dark green. Sort of Celtic knot-ish. I can't remember what the block is called. When it comes back to me I will post a link to the tutorial I used.

This was quilted by Jo Baner. I love how she was able to mimic the print on the back with the quilting.

Love this and yes if you find pattern please share! Isn't it always fun to look back and realize how we have changed and grown!

This really draws the eye. I like not have the dark green in the center - it gives us a little surprise!! I have wanted to make a quilt using something other than just quilting cotton, so I really enjoy seeing quilts that use other fabrics.
