Description

This baby quilt was made for my friend's baby girl.  It was my first time using chenille in a quilt. I really like the soft look and 3-D effect it gives. I wrote up a tutorial on how to make the chenille strips and was featured on craft gossip which I was very proud of :) It is my first machine applique project. It was machine pieced, machine appliqued and machine quilted. Also my first time free motion quilting. Please click on view full size!
