These are beautiful! They're so professional-looking. I love how you customized them even more with the initials. You've inspired me to try working with hexies, myself. :)
Thank you! :)
I hope that your hexie adventure turns out as well as mine did. Good luck!
I "tried" hexies and flunked the class! But after seeing these and reading that you skipped the EPP you have given me hope to try again. The fabric is perfect and I can see why the girls were thrilled. Any chance you can recall what blogs you visited on machine stitched hexies and hexies without the paper?
I shared both links on my blog, will link them up here in a bit for all those that are allergic to EPP like myself. lol
Updated the description to include the links to the hexies posts I mentioned.
Thanks so much!! I'll definitely be checking them out. Who knows, maybe I can remove the hex over learning hexies!
LOL! I certainly hope so. :)
Love the colors, and the hexies are a fantastic design element. Almost too bad they have to get the insides all messy with cosmetics!
Thanks Sandyquiltz ! Oh I know...it didn't take my daughter long to have it broke in (ie. dirty) lol....she's lucky I love her ;)
These are beautiful! Hexies are definitely on my to-do list.
I missed this as well and how adorable and pretty and I bet they loved having them match. Really love the creativity of these...nice job!
Thanks True ! They did indeed love them! And are always happy to 'match' in any way-shape-or-form. lol
My favorite is the day it shows why they are BFF's....the days where they don't coordinate it on purpose but they still end up wearing virtually the same outfit. Either the colors match or the clothes themselves do :)
holy cow! Your skills and eye for color are insane! WOW.
These are beautiful! I may have to make some more hexies soon! ;-) Do you have a link for the bag pattern? It's such a great shape.
