Description

I have several of these tree skirts in my stash! Different pictures of course. I think my eyes were bigger than my stomach as they tell little ones that bite off more than they can chew. That is what I did with this project. I don't know why I thought I needed more than one I guess I just couldn't pass up the different scenes.

So I have pulled it out and decided to work at it again . What you see is my mom and I's attempt to fix some of my stitching that was off.

This will be gorgeous...once upon a time I took on things like that...now I just watch others like you;-). I will say from experience when done there kind of projects are so gorgeous and worth it...so keep stitching!!!

This is going to be so pretty..although I can't see putting it under a tree covered with gifts! A table cover...for sure. Will be watching as you continue to work on it...This will become a real heirloom!

Jschlender Thank you! As I mentioned I have 3 or 4 of them I guess I always figured I would pass them on to my family. Maybe if I work a little each week it will make it before Logan moves out that gives me at least 17 1/2 years.. LOL.

This is so beautiful and I'm so tempted BUT my eyes changed around 40 and I've had trouble with my cross stitching ever since. So sad . . .

Firetones

Cowgirl4ever I think it is the only way to do a large project without getting sick of it.

Sewnsew Definately! I have 2 cancer quilts one for hubby's cousin and one for my SIL's brother. and of course there is a rush on those so this is on the back burner
