Description

The women I meet to sew with a couple times a month, have decided to do a Bee.  We all get to be Queen Bee for a month while everyone works on blocks to help each other make a quilt.  I'll be posting pictures here of the blocks I've made for my friends.  For my quilt follow the link as it has it's own project page as that one I'll see through to the end.

October 23, 2012: Finished Elizabeth's block.  I'll be happy to pass it off to her when I see her next in November.

Feb. 6, 2013: I finished up Barbara's blocks a week ago now.  I'll get to pass them off to her on Tuesday.  I think they're called Mountain Majesty?

True

Really pretty I love how you used a variety of tone on tone whites...so pretty how they play together.

Jennifleur

Thanks True , but that's all Elizabeth! She picked the fabrics - I just put 'em together. wink

Gail

THAT's pretty! love the printed neutrals!

True

Jennifleur Well I love it and plan to steal idea;-)

Jennifleur

True , I won't stop you! And will look forward to seeing what you come up with. BTW, then the center block is 2" finished or 2.5" when cutting and the strips are all 1" finished or 1.5" when cutting. You can work out the rest from there. smile

You are so tempting me to try a log cabin with this pretty pallette.

JessWHCT

Ooh, I love this! I've been stashing white-on-white fat quarters and this might be the reason I start cutting into them...

Jennifleur

Birdieblogs So did you?! smile

Jennifleur

Terryt1955 Is it working yet? Heehee

JessWHCT

Jennifleur Oh! No, I totally forgot! Thanks for reminding me -- I was just staring at my stash, trying to decide what fabrics to pull for a new project...

Jennifleur

Birdieblogs Well that's good timing then!
