House Advent Calendar by Strandkorbtraum

I was asked to test a pattern - I won't be much help with the spelling
some late evening sewing and I'm almost done - the binding, the numbers and a "count down" elf are still missing
pheww that was no marathon testing, that was more a sprint. Jen needed her pattern back really really really soon - so I spent the last two nights sewig and the days with lots of coffee and a rather short temeper - but I did it. Well of course I made some mistake I'm just not abel to follow a pattern I don't know what my problem is, but I always measure soemthing wrong or do somethign else strange.
PS: sorry for some of the awful late night bad lighting pictures ...
So now who gets this: My Mother - she had the guts to tell me I was too old to get my traditional advet caledar (*sobb*) - so I'm going to prove that there is no such thing as being too old for an advent calendar. [I'm sewing my own at the moment to allow room for the traditional filling, but this small one goes to her]. Pahh too old.
a sun bathing christmas Elf - not for long don't want the chocolate to melt
don't you love agianst the sun shots?
I did some more quilting than the pattern said, but I had a very thick batting and was having a hard time putting anything in the "windows", and the roof was a bit boring
that was supposed to look like snow or so
I added the orange one for the 24
the yellow and purple for the house and the strips stuff for the doors/windows
