Oh you need to finish it it will look wonderful...can you trim to make the same size? If yes I would do that...if you cannot and still have enough on outer "ring" can you add a new wider out ring and then trim it?
just trim them, even it they're a little wonky it will be fine. More character. The colors are lovely, and it will look amazing finished.
Could you add another round of strips to even them out?
Thanks for the encouragement everyone! I have enough fabric - some cut in 2" strips and some uncut - to add another ring and/or finish the dozen or so smaller started blocks. I thought I only had 3 finished blocks but found the rest when packing and unpacking my sewing stuff.
I like Mouseinmypocket 's suggestion - I'd trim 'em up and not worry about it...it will look wonderful and no one will be the wiser :)
Depending on how much they are off, you could probably "fudge" it together. Take a smaller seam allowance on the smaller blocks. Or just make them fit and make it more of a wonky quilt. Either way it will be wonderful!
I love the colors in this quilt. Finish the blocks! I would trim...easiest and will get you sewing them together in o time.
I will go with the rest just trim and sew - and I like the colours ... well I like msot colours as long as the have some colour in them
I would trim and sew, 22 years later after the start date you can have it finished, and use it as a graduation gift for a grand kid if you have any.
You could add a solid color stashing and cut it down so they are all the "same size"... you could even wonky it if you want and kind of give it a modern twist.
