Description

Started a couple of years ago, when I first ventured into miniature scale piecing.  I had found a really good victorian cross stitch design of a hunting dog & wanted to use it in something.  The only way to make it fit the available area was to make each 'stitch' 1/4" square.

Oh my goodness, your poor eyes! But it looks very cool. Can't wait to see more.

Wow how did you even come up with this idea? Amazing.

True I just fell in love with the design, but didn't want to do cross stitch. I also decided that I could do with an overlocker cover, so that gave me the size I had to fit it into. It is most definitely 'strip piecing' and I am sewing it onto the paper to keep myself accurate & on track.

Terryt1955 Actually it is not an eye strain at all, the colours are easy to view in real life and it is just straight lines ;) Just wished I had starched the green and cut them 5/8" instead of 1/2"
