Very cute! Isn't it a fun apron to make? I got faster at it the more I sewed !
Kathie , I think the hardest part is doing the straps! It gets challenging turning them right side out and rolling the seams before top stitching.I'm hoping to make 4 for my daughters stockings.
Terryt1955 I had the most fun picking out the contrasting fabrics that matched the girl's (young women) personalities. I also made one for each of their mother-in-laws.
This is an awesomely adorable apron!! Love it
These are toooooooooooooo cute. Love the yo-yo's you used and the contrasting fabric is great.
Thanks True and +Quilt 455. I do believe they're going to be a winner in the Christmas stockings.
Very cute! I've found several tutorials on the web for how to make these. I think Burda has a free pattern. One pattern that I found was for a child so be careful.
Terryt1955 I love allow these!! How fun and yours daughter are beautiful...especially in such nice aprons! Hope it was Merry:-)
Thanks True ! It was indeed Merry but I am ready for a very long nap! I've done more cooking and dishes in the past 5 days than I have all year. Sad but true!
Lovely aprons - but even more lovely are the four women - I assume your daughters? Beautiful ladies with cool aprons :-)
Seshlaman Thanks! And yes they are my daughters. I felt bad that I didn't make anything for my son in time to put in his stocking. Next year I'm going to make the boys funny pillow cases. AND next year I'm going to start a whole lot earlier!
