Bags of various sizes made from Jeni Baker's (In Color Order) pattern. The bag without gussets and no top ruffle is from a tutorial at thecreativeplaceblogspot.com. These are so much fun...There are a couple more cut out and I gifted one before I got the camera out. I know I'll be making more!
ohh that one looks nice - what fabric did you use for the lining? and who is it for?
The lining of this and the almost finished Aligators Project Bag are both Scatter Square Lime from the Michael Miller Birdsong collection. I added it to the project materials. Found it in my stash. Both are for our four year old grandson. I may save the Elephant Project Bag for our granddaughter-on-the-way. My kids loved Ed Emberly growing up so I couldn't resist these fabrics when they came out.
Omg I LOVE the fabric just too cute!
Perfect for a 4 yo boy! He is going to love this!
Seriously, you nailed it on the head for selecting the perfect fabric for your grandson. And I take it this bag is housing art supplies as well? What a grand gift! Score Grandma!
Oh they all look great. and look at those crocodiles ...
I love all of these but really love the use of the bird fabric!! Now you have given me whole new inspiration for these bags:-) Love that crocodile fabric as well...or is it an alligator??!!
