Description

I decided to make a mug rug so I could use this at my desk.  I enlarged the pattern 150% and it made just the right size for a mug.  I made French knot eyes, instead of buttons.

Amanda

What a happy little mug rug to make your day at work! I need to make one to chase away the let down of Christmas blues.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments! I was going to make a pillow, but there isn't a good place for it at my home, then I was going to make pillows for great nieces/nephews, but there are 6 of them...so I opted for a mug mat so I could get it done and use it.

So cute! Love this happy little guy! Will be something to smile at for the rest of the winter. The fabric you chose was perfect!

Kathie

I love it!

Thanks Ladies! I have yet to put a cup of tea/coffee on it yet! Afraid I will stain it!

I like the patterned background. Looks like a snow scene! I would want to stain it either!

Whatthebobbin

I love the background fabric you chose. Cute bear.

That is so cute. I'm still using my Christmas mug rug in my sewing room. Maybe I need one of these.

Laweigel

This is my Winter mug mat! I still have not set anything on it, I use my "old" 9 patch mug mat!

Caribousmom

I love all the dots you used! Wonderful!
