I love how this fabric really makes the Dresden upbeat and modern. This is going to be such a darling baby quilt! I like your idea of making the center block the baby's name. Personalized baby quilts are priceless!
So agree with other comments just lovely fabrics and so perfect in the dresdens...and love idea of name. What a lovely gift this will be!

Those patterns sound adorable! You should definitely give them a go! Please share pics on this site when u do!
Dresdens aren't anything to be afraid of, they are basically just short straight seams, and then a lot of pressing:)
Quilt455 Thank you! Planning to gift it soon, before my daughter--who didn't seem to like the fabric when i wanted to use it for her--grows attatched, haha! She keeps saying "it's pink!" (her most favorite of all colors...)
I with her, pink is my most favorite of all colors too.
Looks amazing. Well done.
Love it! This totally makes me want to make some dresden blocks...
Beautiful quilt with lovely colors and fabrics-
^^^acckk! Rebecca, not Amanda. Sorry. Should not type while having a conversation! Brain and fingers get jumbled:). Excuse my brain!
No problem! Darn comments with no editing ;-)
Yeah, I do think I'll have to put this block on my someday list. I especially love it with the sweet fabrics you used.
This is a gorgeous dresden quilt! I so want to make one of these ... some day!
