Description

I made this simple baby quilt for my second daughter in a fit of last-minute nesting just days before she was born. I wasn't planning on making her a quilts since her big sister had so many special quilts and blankets she was passing down, but all of the sudden I thought that the new baby needed a quilt. I used rounded corners and bias binding and loved it! The backing fabric is from Central Park by Kate Spain and the rest of the fabrics are Kona solids in regular quilting cottons, flannel and corduroy.

I love this, the striped solids look perfect with the zoo print. I need to find some of the zoo print somewhere and make something fun with it! ps your daughter is adorable.... that hair!!!

Adorable! Love the back just as much as the front. Kate Spain is one of my favorites!

Thanks! I also feel that it's quite a reversible quilt. I also agree that her hair is adorable!
