Carolmarie The tags were super easy. I printed them on spoonflower (had a coupon for a free FQ). I knew I wanted to use that FQ for quilt labels so I just took my blog header (designed by my friend Shruti / http://www.13woodhouseroad.com/) and edited it using picmonkey.com to add a white border around it (for seam allowances). Then uploaded it to spoonflower and adjusted the size there. The labels are 4.5" x 1.5" and in this application I used Pellon Wonder Under on the back, pinked the edges, fused it into place, and stitched around it. :) It really is simple, as long as you have a nice blog header to start from. :) I'm lucky to have a talented friends who helped me out with that part!
PS I printed them on Kona white (which is awesome quality for spoonflower!)
Really, super, cute!
Really great - I love those two fabrics together!

Cute, Cute, Cute!!!
