Doll Quilt Swap 12 - finished! by Emedoodle
For the fourth time I've been a part of the Doll Quilt Swap on flickr. It's a fabulous swap, and it's certainly my favorite swap. This time around I made this circular quilt. Starting with a NY Beauty - paper pieced, then tiny (1.5" - 2.5") wonky cross blocks, then a round of flying geese that I paper pieced (drafting the pattern myself), and quilting on my Juki.
This is the most "me" quilt I've ever made. It was certainly hard to give it away, but I'm so glad that my partner has received it and truly loves it too! Of course my blog post about it is more fabulous than this description (and much more picture heavy), so go check it out!
For a little perspective, it measures about 24" across.
