LOVE the polka dots and great pattern for them! So sweet
You are so sweet!! Those polka dots are perfect. And your seams are perfection. You have really mastered this thing in such a short time.
Is there a tutorial?
I didn't follow a tutorial I looked at patterns and I drew it on paper and figured out measurements and just did it.
This is a great quilt for a new little boy!
I like what you did with the quilting. It made it look like the lighter strip was actually pieced.Looks like you're going to have this done by the time the baby arrives "Grandpa".
I set the babyloc aside to make room for the Juki which has a much straighter stitch.
This is amazing, Curt! Your precision in piecing those herringbones is unbelievable. So, what I want to know is, when you are at work do you get into quilting conversations with any of the patrons? Like during half time of the Packers games, do you talk seam allowances and color values?
lol no not at all I have to portray all "man" ,the man of men at the bar. my hobbies aren't considered a very manly thing to do.
Really great- super piecing and the design is just right for the polka dots- they will love it.
LOVE the quilting this is perfect!
