Description

This is the second quilt I've ever made.  I went with this pattern because it is strictly rectangles and piecing rows together.  No blocks.  I ended up having rip out several times when I got fabrics switched around.  You really have to have space to lay this out properly.  I've since purchased some pins with numbers on them so I can better track the fabric when working on something like this.  It was fairly easy to do by myself.  I want to lengthen it so I'm going to add borders (none are called for in the pattern. The colors are taken from two fabrics from "The Wild Ones" collection from Fabri-Quilt, Inc.

I'm adding the red polka-dot for a small border.  I've decided to give this to my step-daughter, Katie, for Christmas.  Growing up she changed her favorite color every 1-2 years.  I couldn't keep up.  This quilt should cover most of them.
