Description

6/6/13 I've selected fabrics for a quilt I want to make for my friend Andi.  Her favorite color is lime green, and these fabrics have a lot in it.  I fell in love with the floral fabric, "Breezy" by P&B Textiles and had to make something out of it.  I'm using the floral on white, Lime with white dots, and Yellow/Orange Plaid from the Breezy Collection, as well as the "Photochrome Petals, Orange" by Clothworks, and the "Field Notes, Garden" by SEI for Robert Kaufman.  The pattern is "Serendipity" from Best of Fons & Porter Easy Quilts book.

4/22/15 Decided to use a backing from my stash, "Miss Butterfly", Natural by Alexander Henry fabrics. I have plenty of it, and it goes great with all the greens, oranges, and blues in the front fabric.

Love the bright colors and I'm sure your friend is going to love the lime greens you've picked out. Off to check out what pattern you're going to use to showcase this fabric!

Terryt1955 Thanks for your comment. The pattern is from a Leisure Arts book I picked up at Joann's.
