Description

This is a baptism gift for an 18 month old great niece.  The pattern says "18 Months", but it looks big enough for my 33 month old granddaughter!  Oh well, being able to grow into it is better than it being too small.

I used stash fabrics and rick-rack.  This is the 3rd time I've used this pattern and it is a nice one to construct.

ETA: Yes, it does run large!  It was a near perfect fit for the older girl!  Still room for her to grow a bit.  I should have made the 12 month size for the younger child.  But, her parents LOVED it and loved the colors.

Cute pattern with nice flare. Love the yellow rick-rack. My 11 year old grand would go nuts over this! Good inspiration for me to finish her dress I stared last month.

thank you. It is basically just two long rectangles sewn together in a circle. Super easy to make.

I like that spirograph-looking green fabric a lot.

What a nice gift and the perfect skirt design for a little one!

It really was. Her dad was thrilled that it's the same colors as his high school team colors, and her mom couldn't stop raving about it. Speattle did a great job!
