Carolmarie Thanks! I've been waiting for a reason to use these and it was one of those projects I can actually finish quickly !
Wonderful- and the pops of orange are perfect!
I saw this on Moda Bake Shop and loved it! So you say it was quick and easy? I need to make one for our new grandson that will be making his way out around Thanksgiving. I think it's genius how they won't be able to kick it off!
Oh yes, and I've had my eye on this line as well. Perfect for baby boys. It looks great!!
I love this both the fabric and idea...I looked at tutorial but can you explain exactly how you added the ties on?
True I haven't reached that point yet as I'm still quilting (only 2 days to finish!) but it looks like after the quilt is made, the ties are added by sewing them on 10 inches from the top on the sides.
The tutorial takes a bit of re-reading and I don't think it's quite for a beginner as stated but if you've been quilting for awhile it goes very quickly.
What a great quilt and I Love the fabric!
Love the fabric and the quilt pattern is great. Beautiful baby model too.
Looks great and Finn is simply adorable!
Ok I tried to really look at your quilt honest I did...but Finn was way to gorgeous. What a beautiful little baby!!!! And he looks even better with his new quilt...awesome. Enjoy!
I pinned this design some time ago but never pulled fabric to make it. Yours turned out great, and ditto what True said! Great photo prop for the cute boy.
That is just the cutest little baby! He looks so cute all snuggly in his car-seat and that adorable quilt! Heartwarming!
This is scrumptious. Really nice work.
