Doll Clothes by Charwirfs
My granddaughter, Rosalee, and I were buying some inner facing at a fabric shop near our homes when we spotted two printed panels of cut and sew doll clothes for a 14" doll. The directions were printed on the panel (but we had the best results referring to the tutorial). We decided to make this our second sewing-together project. Rosalee stayed with the cutting and pressing part and did most of the sewing on the top and pants set before losing focus. Even though I gladly finished up our project alone, we had great fun and she got more familiar with things. I must admit, I struggled with these tiny things, so I am proud that she stayed with it as long as she did. The doll is Kit and if you look closely you may notice her missing toe. Toby, the family Jack terrier is responsible.
