Oh my lovely... Great fabrics!!!
I need to take another photo in better light - and the bracelets are not wrinkled, the camera seems to want to add textures
Beautiful fabric choices. The lighter colors will be a nice contrast to the brighter colors used so far. Beautiful job
Carolmarie Glad you like it! On the intimidationg question - 2013 was the year I tried to master the hst, and this just has hsts put together a bit differently than my easy ones. I used starch, but still held my breath on the points!
awesome fabric choices, beautiful block
Nice! Love the colors!!!
So pretty- all the soft colors work together so well- really nice!
You have such nice taste in fabric. Love the feel of this block and agree that it will really compliment the more bolder ones and lighten up the quilt. Great job!
This is great, Karen! I love the more toned down colors for your star! Wow, this is going to be a beauty of a quilt!
HawkFan Mymble +Terry1955 Caribousmom and all. I hope it works well with the others. I wanted to use stash, but was low on purples. The paisley had multiple blues, green and purple, so I started with that. I had only a small scrap of the lavendar bracelets but it was enough for two logs, and I liked the look. Its good a little variation works well in this kind of quilt!
I just LOVE the soft colors you've used in your block....especially the light lavender fabric!
