Description

This is the "Don't Be Square" pillow for the Pillow Pop Sew along here on Threadbias.

I used Kona Meringue and "Seaside" by October Afternoon for Riley Blake.

It went together easily but does require some attention as there are a lot of small seams.  I will post details over in tips and tricks thread for the group.  This is definitely a design I would do again...would work with so many collections and would be especially fun with focal fabrics and theme fabrics.

Love your pillow and the quilting is awesome!

Thanks Mary- the quilting was fun once I got that first line on...was nervous about getting it on straight and of course my markers were all used up, so it was washi tape to the rescue- love that stuff! Can't wait to see your interpretation of this one- it was fun to make!

Fabulous, Margaret!!! Looks like it is mini charm friendly (or at least charm friendly)....might have to make one of these for myself sometime!

Oh la la! Love this pillow! Very cute how you matched the scrappy binding with the adjacent blocks. Nice touch!

Very pretty fabrics on this one. I love that Meringue fabric I would definitely use it in a quilt.
