Description

I had to stitch up this mini as soon as I saw it in the latest issue of Love Patchwork and Quilting Magazine. The pattern is by Camille Roskelly. In amongst the photos you can see my original layout. I wasn't totally sold so made up a navy block for the final layout. I free motion quilted "straight lines" and did a skinny binding. This isn't my normal colour scheme but I love it! More info on my blog.

Wow, that was quick. Love the backing fabric - what is it?

Love how you substituted the navy block in there. Such a great pop! And I don't see any baby anywhere. Is True dreaming again?!

Okay, I take that back. I just went to your blog and saw your darling baby. Love her expression! She's actually just wondering when she will be able to learn how to sew. Congrats on getting a little "me" time! It is definitely needed for your sanity and creativity.

Love that design, too! Your colors and fabrics are fab. Which issue of love patchwork & quilting is it in??

Jenniesthreads

Aizome Thank you very much - it's from Issue 8 - just out!
